Indulgent Chocolate Truffle cake is a taste bud treat for all chocoholics, with a taste so rich and texture so smooth, a little goes a long way. It is made from Belgium chocolate, soaked with brandy or vanilla syrup, and layered with chocolate ganache. It is by far our most popular recipe. It combines perfectly with our Red Berry Coulis to make a delicious dessert. Unfortunately, due to the soft texture, it is not suitable for designs coated in sugar past. |
