In our Farmhouse kitchen we individually bake each cake before it is groomed and pampered to produce one of our wonderful creations. Sourcing ingredients directly from our farm guarantees the highest possible quality and environmental standards; we use our own Free Range eggs and Organic stone ground flour, combined with the finest quality Belgium chocolate and vanilla bean paste - so they are good for your conscience too! Our complimentary consultation involves a tasting of our six most popular flavours (chocolate, vanilla, lemon, banoffee, coffee and carrot). We welcome specific dietary requests, whether diabetic, egg, wheat, gluten or diary free, and although we can omit nuts from the recipe we cannot guarantee they are nut free as they are made in an environment that uses nuts. |
