The Couture cakes studio is based in a traditionally converted barn on our conservation award winning farm in Lincolnshire – an unusual location for cake decorating, but one that provides unique benefits for your cake:

To bake each cake, we don’t just use the finest quality ingredients, but produce many of them ourselves so that you can be guaranteed complete traceability of natural ingredients from our conservation award winning farm. Our eggs are taken from our own free range chickens and we grow our own organic wheat which is milled locally at Maud Foster Windmill. Depending on which cake you choose, you can also have it decorated with our home grown strawberries, or have a vanilla sponge filled with our home made jam – the freshest vibrant fruit tasting jam you will ever experience.

Our designs reflect the individual personality of each customer; therefore many of our designs have a rural influence, incorporating tractors, wheat sheaves, horses, or just a simple stylish touch of raffia.

The pictures on the right show various shots of Nicholas Watts (Katie’s father) and our farm, including our crop of sunflowers, wild flower meadows, wind turbines, woodland habitat and wildlife on the farm such as birds and hares. Nicholas was delighted to receive a 2006 MBE from the Queen, in recognition of his lifetimes dedication to farming and conservation.
