Egg Free and Alcohol Free Wedding Cake If you're planning an Asian wedding then there's no doubt that you'll need to accomodate your guests who refrain from eating eggs and alcohol. Removing alcohol from a cake is relatively easy (it is only contained in our amaretto, hazelnut & fruit cakes, which can also be made alcohol free), but removing the eggs is no easy task, as eggs are vital for a light, moist & tender texture. At Couture Cakes, we think we've 'cracked it' (excuse the pun!), so you won't have to be embarassed by serving a crumbly & dry cake to your wedding guests, and we're delighted to announce that our chocolate sponge cake, vanilla cake and lemon cake, all work well as egg free.
